Kyle Kosier: Three guys ready to replace him

LG Kyle Kosier has been inactive for only one game in his NFL career. He'll miss at least a couple -- and as many as five -- while recovering from a sprained right foot and hairline fracture.
"It sucks, but what are you gonna do?" said Kosier, whose foot "popped on me" when he took on a bull-rush in the fourth quarter against the Texans. "You get better and move on."
Kosier also considers helping his replacement to be part of his job. He just isn't sure who that will be -- or doesn't want to tell the media.
"Since Joe [Berger] has gotten here, he's a completely different player," Kosier said when asked about the man who has been playing left guard on the second unit. "He's ready. So is Pat [McQuistan], and so is Cory [Procter]. Whoever they put in there is going to be fine."
