Who's not practicing this morning

Bobby Carpenter (foot), Ryan Fowler (groin), Terry Glenn (blisters), Patrick Crayton (sprained right ankle) and you know who (left hamstring) are not practicing this morning, according to Matt Mosley on the scene.

What is this, like 13 practices in a row? Geez, TO, You want paid but you don't want to pratice? I'm beginning to think T.O. and Rosenhause (sp) raked Jerry over the coals.

But we don't know what the trainers are saying, do we?

TO is a lot of things -- but lazy isn't one of them.

At first I wanted to give T.O. the benefit of the doubt because he is a true competitpr but now I have to wonder what's the deal. You can run full speed and catch passes but you can't practice with the team? What's that all about? T.O. I am glad we have you but these are precious times you are sacrificing for the sack of not trying to get hurt early ( ala Clinton Portis). Get on the field and let destiny have his way!!!! BP is trying to have some patience but as a die hard....mine has run out!!

I don't know what is going on now but not wanting to play football has never been one of TO's problems.

We keep giving him the benefit of doubt. But he is starting to bother me also with his situation. Even Steve Smith started practice today. TO needs to get on the field!!

This is beginning to grate on my nerves just a bit.

Not really. They could cut him right now and it would do minimal cap damage. On the flip side, it would most likely hurt Owens a lot more to be cut since not only would he miss out on millions of $$$, but this is pretty much his last chance.

Come on guys, let's not overreact. We all know what TO can do and I want him to get completely healthy rather then come back too soon & not be able to play as well as he needs to in regular season. We all know Parcells wants rush him players back too soon. He did it last year to Crayton, Henry & frankly even Spears. NFL players must play tough but not when you can only play at a much lower level. Let's give it a few more days.

Man you guys go from overreacting on Romo and now to TO. You guys have obviously never tweaked your hammy.

No we don't. But we know what BP is saying and he is saying he needs to "See something pretty soon." To me that tells me that Parcells has been told by the trainers that there really isn't anything wrong with him. Otherwise Parcells might be a bit more cautious in his words.

Plus I didn't say TO was lazy. I do think he thinks way too much of himself though. Like he is above the team.

Parcells always says stuff like that and you have no idea what the trainers have told him.

Test results were negitive on his hammy and that was a week ago, his problem was soreness and while I had no issue last week about him not practicing I would like to see him out there sometimes this week so that he can work with the offense in a system he has never played before instead of playing to the media in his little tour de france outfit. Other players are expected to suck it up and that should go for TO as well.
