Adam "Pacman" Jones takes his job seriously, but he also likes to keep things loose. DB coach Dave Campo takes the same kind of approach.

That's how Pacman has become Campo's dance instructor. They work on something new before practice every couple of days. Today's lesson was the Superman.

"I'm trying to get Campo in this hip-hop thing," Pacman said. "You see I have him out here dancing all the time. Just to keep it a little fun out here, you know."

How are Campo's dancing skills coming along?

"I'm not where he is," Campo said of his instructor. "I'm working at it, but I'm not where he is. He's got some [Campo shimmies back and forth] movement that I don't have."
