we need major stuff to change. like if someone, doesn't matter who, misses a practice, or is late to practice...bench them for a quarter or something like that. or fine them.

he needs to let them know that "his" approach has not worked so he is changing. and whoever is not happy with his new approach can go home. and hopefully the new approach is a disciplined one.

We had a task master and he didnt do any better...

Now we have a coach that is ho hum....

Players need to be accountable....so do the assistants. IMHO Houch wont be back and I hope the ST coach wont either.

Romo needs rededicate himself to football again.....his hunger is gone and yesterday he played scared.

you mean like with "fines"?? yeah, that 500 bucks there, 2k there is really gonna get those guys attention

if you mean not paying them, what are they going to do? take immense cap hits by releasing all the guilty culprits? It cant be done...most of our worst players this yr were guys we gave big $$$ to and the cap hits would kill us

A reporter asked him specifically how he was going to change his approach (since it's been pointed out by a ton of media members today that at 30+ years in the NFL it's unlikely Phillips will change) and he does not have an answer. Doesn't want to get specific.
