Why the Bills Should Beat the Cowboys

That was the title of a cartoon that ran in the Buffalo News' sports section yesterday. I can't find the cartoon online -- Wade Phillips was the centerpiece, with T.O. and Tony Romo at his sides, facing the other way -- so I'll just share the reasons with you.

Drew Rosenhaus clients typically dog it while in Buffalo (see: McGahee)

Cowboys have looked beatable for 3 ... maybe 4 minutes this season

Trent Edwards already better than Trent Green or Trent Dilfer (best NFL Trent)

Hey ... on any given Sunday or Monday

There's a little Leon Lett in every Cowboy (and a little Don Beebe in every Bill)

Cowboys destroyed Bills in two Super Bowls! REVENGE!!

Dallas Stars (and refs) once denied Sabres a Stanley Cup!! DOUBLE REVENGE!!

We KNOW Wade Phillips isn't this good a head coach

Bills' field goal holder better than Cowboys' (Tony Romo)

Worst AFC teams still better than best NFC teams

And finally ... Dallas going 5-0? (one win for every Jerry Jones facelift) ... THEY MUST BE STOPPED!

Think thats funny, this is taken from Two Bills Drive forum... "Why the bills will beat the cowboys" for real....

1. It's a home game. And "I am the Bills homefield advantage".
2. History says so. The Bills have won 3 of the last 4 regular season games against the Cowboys.
3. The Cowboys' secondary is messed up. Edwards will find the mismatches
4. Hargrove.
5. Parrish as an outside receiver is going to be a problem for Dallas.
6. Evans is coming out of his funk and will bring it this game.
7. "Marshawn Lynch is going to make the Cowboys drop a safety down in the box and Edwards has to go up top to Evans. Newman is coming off a foot injury and will be challenged by the world-class speed of Evans." (from Pat Kirwan)
8. Schobel will be good for 2 sacks against Flozell Adams.
9. Michael Gaines will continue to surprise, proviing a TE with hands that the Bills need.
10. Anthony Henry, the Cowboys' CB, is out, and the Bills will counter with Parrish and Reed. Jacques Reeves is no Steve Reeves.
11. Greer will be good for another INT. We'll say it will come against Witten.
12. McGee vs T.O. will neutralize T.O., and Whitner will be active vs. him and Witten.
13. Dallas is the team with the most yards to go on third down this year (8.6, with SF, KC, and MIA in 2nd-4th).
14. Julius Jones is putrid rushing on 1st down: 30 carries, 104 yards.
15. Dallas has had a load of offensive penalties the first three games. Hopefully the 12th Man will help continue that trend.
16. The Cowboys have yet to beat a single team that will make the playoffs this year (except maybe the 3-2 Giants, but that is only because the NFC is terrible). Out of 3 winless teams in the NFL, they have played 2 of them (MIA, STL). The Bills have played 2 teams certain to make the playoffs.
17. Keith Ellison returns. See below.
18. Special Teams. The Bills are rated on profootballoutsiders at #4; DAL is #20.
19. DAL has not scored a touchdown in the first quarter. Doing that on MNF on the road will make for one loud stadium.
20. DAL has played one quarterback (Eli Manning) that still is starting.

Yeah that's because we were the reason 2 of them aren't starting. :lmao2:

Yeah-for the most part, I'm SHOCKED most of our opponents don't know squat about our team. And what's worse, Deangelo Hall seems to get far for (positive)press than Newman does-honestly, I'm not surprised at the same time.

Even Pats fans seem to think Newman is nothing more than a solid corner. If anything, my beef on Henry is that he's slow in molasses.
