With us playing on Monday night it's like gaining two extra days. This makes the week of preparation seem really long. You have to really relax and no get impatient so you don't burn yourself out before the game.
In taking a look at the Eagles defense you have to expect a little bit of everything. They run a little bit of everything very multiple in what they do, disguising blitzes and coverage's very well. I talked with a few of the offensive and from what I've been told the Eagle defense looks different than in years past. I didn't really go into how much different but the one thing that was said that really stuck was "THEY PLAY HARD".
I expect our offense to control the line of scrimmage early and establish the run. I also anticipate seeing the Eagles getting impatient with the running game and placing 8-9 defenders in the box. Once that happens we should see a pretty exciting game from a scoring stand point but it all start with the running game.
