Me neither, they can wait a month to do that. If all goes well they'll be popping bottles of champagne in the locker room in Houston in February.

Fasano drop.
Yep, if Fasano doesn't drop the TD pass and Crayton catches his TD pass then Cabo is a non-story. That's 14 points. Also the 13 to 3 penalty difference didn't help much either. Thanks refs. But even without the refs Crayton and Fasano lost that game for us, they literally dropped the ball.

Man that was a painful loss.

The Giants were just the better team, period............they went on to give the Pats their only loss of the season in the SB and kept them from reaching 19-0.

But that is now ancient history and this is a new time and a new era..............time to handle our business!!!

Past is the past, no sense in agonizing over it. I think we would have gotten stomped by NE anyway in 2007. Would have been nice to make it that far though

Yea, I think we would have gotten blown out by the Pats myself..........we just didn't have the d-line to pressure Brady like the Giants did. That d-line they had in 07 was just beyond sick, it was like an all-star unit. I remember the Giants basically had practice squad guys in the secondary and it didn't even matter because the QB was on the ground like 2 seconds after the snap.

I know some people would rather not go to the SuperBowl if the team ends up losing it, but I disagree. I hope we go to the SuperBowl in Houston even if we do lose to the Pats. Even if we lose, we are still the NFC conference champions, that is still more than we have won in the past 20 years.

I think if we saw a video of Jason and Tony's activities in Cabo, and then contrasted it with the '95 team's off-the-field activities during the season and post-season, it would seem like Jason and Tony were at church studying their playbook by comparison.

Basically its simply too many people (sports media) desperately trying to make a living off doing nothing. So they'll drop anything out there they think might get some traction from the peeps and collect clicks and views.

Its a race to the bottom.
