Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo re-injured his left shoulder and left Thursday's game against the Panthers and his season could be in peril.

Sources told SportsDay's David Moore that there is a concern Romo has small break in his collarbone. The Cowboys won't know for sure until a CT scan Friday. A broken collarbone would end his season.

Romo was hit on a sack by Carolina's Thomas Davis. He left the game and had X-rays. Coach Jason Garrett said the results were inconclusive.

Romo suffered a broken left clavicle in Week 2 against the Philadelphia Eagles and missed seven games this season -- all Dallas losses. Romo stopped short of saying he broke his collarbone again. But says it feels like it did in Week 2. He walked to his car in a sling.

Well get well Tony; But can this team handle any more 3-pix days? I dont think so.
Time to move on and concentrate hard on a young and resilient QB in the top 5 picks off the draft.

I hate to read this about Romo. It's important to draft a good QB in the first round next year.

I hope Jerry is not counting on Johnny Manziel being cut by the Browns and thinking he is the answer because Johnny is not.

Certainly they've put themselves in a position where double-digit losses is automatic.

Which means they're going to be in a position to draft some decent players in the first 4 rounds... with a QB very possible in rounds 1 or 2.

That being said if they think the Moore kid has any shot in the NFL, I'd like to see him start a game or two to see what he has.

Didn't Moore get released?

We will win a few meaningless games...you can bank on it.

Yep we went 0-7 without Romo. I'm as positive as they come but we will be lucky to win 1 more game. Our defense will keep it close but just don't see it. I will cheer every game

I think we need to use the pick we earn with all of these losses to draft a QB. If there isn't one who looks good enough, trade the pick for picks we can package in the next draft to get one. We've had a 7 game glimpse at life without a good NFL QB, and it is not good.

Of course, I don't think there is even a remote chance of this actually happening.

I just don't know if he can make it through a full season anymore. He's tough as hell but I feel like he could have an injury on any play. I just hope the Cowboys are smart with their draft picks. And whoever is coaching the O-Line next year, Needs to give them a wake up call. I don't want to hear how good they are anymore. But if they want to keep Romo healthy next year, Those guys need to pick it up. They have not lived up to the hype
