It is rare to pick top 5 but they don't have to go qb. They'll have plenty of top 5 picks after romo is done in a year or 2.

This didn't happen to the packers because they wisely took Rodgers when they had the chance. We went twenty years in irrelevance because we didn't go after a top QB and passed on Rodgers while going after Quincy carter...

we need a qb. Tony romo is nt a Troy Aikman. He is more of a Danny white. Good stats but no Super Bowl wins. Time to draft another Aikman/Staubach.

It's time to draft a true franchise qb. Tony has been good but he is in more of the Danny White mold. He will tease u with good stats but for whatever the reason, he just can't get the team to the big show. Time to try and find the next Aikman/Staubach that can put Americas team back on top.

As much as I would love to see, I don't think Romo is going to get to the big dance............Jerry should not have wasted that many years of his career with a "coach in training".

But that is water under the bridge at this point and we have to look to the future and we have a golden opportunity here to draft a franchise QB.
