I think you misunderstand the framework.

He is on a TEAM. People on that TEAM will be embarrassed by his actions.

This isn't about the way things should be - it is about the REAL impact something like this will have on his team. You embarrass the team then you have done something wrong. Whether or not immature posters like yourself get that or not, it remains true.
