The icing on the cake was the game-winning drive Romo orchestrated. That had to hurt them more than the actual loss.
New York Giants whine about refs, seem surprised Dallas Cowboys Tony Romo didn't screw up

The Giants talked trash all week before their game against the Cowboys.
And New York players continued to make headlines after losing 24-21 to Dallas on Sunday.
On the referees (via the NYPost)
Terrell Thomas: “Honestly, some of them calls were a little iffy. They’re calling holding calls on the back side, they don’t never call that in the NFL. The roughing the passer [on Mathias Kiwanuka], I understand you got to protect the quarterback, but I think it’s getting out of hand. If you watch the replay, he didn’t even get hit. We’re not going to blame the refs … but it seems like ours came in tougher situations, and when you give the refs opportunity to call a penalty, that’s when you’re going to lose, and we did that.”
Victor Cruz: “He [Scandrick] always holds on every play, so it’s always borderline whether it’s a pass interference or a holding or whatever, but I just don’t think about that.”

"Seem surprised Dallas Cowboys Tony Romo didn't screw up"
This line made me chuckle.
Shakespeare himself could not describe eloquently enough how much i HATE that franchise.

It's a total joke that the Gnats are complaining about the refs. The refs kept their drives alive with bogus calls, especially that illegal contact one on Carr. And not reviewing Dez's catch was just inexcusable.

Well, as long as you don't think about it, Victor.

Does this idiot not remember the cardinals game from 2011????
If the refs don't give them that game and a fantom PI call in the Patriots regular season game, they don't even make the playoffs and there is no second super bowl. the refs LITERALLY gave them that cardinals game in 2011.

I was shocked they called the roughing the passer, Romo does not seem to get a lot of those to go his way.
