I thought I was the only one who hated when Jerry Jones put our business out in the streets.
Do like the patriots do and at the least list him as probable or exaggerate his recovery a bit, make them scheme differently.

Yesterday I heard that he has missed as many games as Emmitt did in his entire career.

Love the pic in the OP.

This is a divisional game. If he can go, he needs to. Being on natural grass should help, I would imagine.

This is almost the same as last year. He was questionable every week then was all of a sudden out 6 weeks

WHY IS JERRY TALKING!!! My gosh....at some point the defeneders of Jerry on this board have got to see the light!! Nothing about our fan experience under Jerry's watch is EVER going to change. I'm just in a bad mood about Jerry today. I KNOW what we are dealing with when it comes to Jerry Jones. So I have long since become numb to this guy. But this Ratliff situation has really ruffled my feathers today...and all of my buried/supressed feelings about our moronic owner/GM are coming to the surface!

Jerry, would you shut up already? Didn't you learn your lesson about giving medical opinions from the Ratliff situation?

Okay I'll bite. How does Ratliff getting cut make you mad at JJ. Ratliff turned out to be just another guy that quit workin when he hit the lottery. When players over 30 can't get great contracts anymore they can thank people like Jay Ratliff.

I'd rather see a back thats a 100% than see a hobbled Murray leaving chunks of yards on the field by protecting a sprained knee. Not to mention being a liability in the blocking game.

Quit working? Ratliff got hurt! And Jerry essentially questioned his injury. That is how this all started. And why did Jerry question it? Because Jerry paid the guy...and Jerry felt that because he paid him....he should play. Of course that is what we ALL wanted. But if he is hurt...he is hurt. Ratliff did not pay himself...Jerry did. And that is the RISK of doing business in the NFL....GUYS GET HURT. And as ticked off as Jerry was/is...you do NOT question a players injury. Especially someone you liked enough to to give a 5 year extension to!

Exactly how I saw it. Jerry's own ******* fault. He can't get past his ego or admit any mistakes. I don't blame Jay one bit. He has never been the type to quit on his team.

Nothing is more frustrating than seeing this guy Murray getting injured year in and year out. One season is all I ask

Look around the NFL. Running backs are dropping like flies. Murray is hardly the exception.

Would have been nice if Ratliff would have rehabbed the injury. He hasn't bothered showing up for rehab at Valley Ranch for months.

Is this before or after the locker room skirmish?

Clearly you are going off what we THINK we know. We are all speculating. I suspect that because his injury was MISMANAGED by the team...who want him on the field SOONER rather than later. I suspect he had his own people rehabbing him and letting him know when he was healthy enough to play.

Guys get hurt. He got hurt playing FOOTBALL. I could see if the guy got drunk and fell down a flight of stairs at his house. But he got hurt on the field in front of all of us. And to justify his contract, the team, fans, owners etc....want him back on the field yesterday. The time to question how bad Ratliff "wants it" is not AFTER you signed him. Knowing the player/person is the responsibility of the person signing the check. You thought enough of him to sign him to that contract. Then he gets hurt and you question the type of person he is?

But remember, this is the same owner that say he goes down to the sidelines during games to look players in the eye...to see who really wants it and who is really trying. I wish I was making this stuff up...but we have a CLOWN running this organizaiton!

Dudes had 11 months to get over the injury and he can't even pass a conditioning test. He's been rehabbing on his own clock and it's broke. Don't be stupid and ignore the truth cause your havin too much fun bashin JJ.

Ratliff won't talk to the team. He won't talk to his teammates. He won't talk to the media. He won't rehab in the facility. He won't let team doctors look at him.

He will get obscenely drunk and drive around Dallas. And he will cash Jerry's $18 million check.

Slow down partner. Neither of us KNOW if he is healthy or not. What we NOW know is that he was seriously injured. Much more than the team led us to believe. Actually, that is what is being reported. NONE of us know. But he apparently re-injured himself this summer. So this summer was NOT 11 months ago.

Listen...I am a Cowboy fan first and foremost. I am frustrated. But I do not wish him getting drunk and endangering his life and anyone elses life on the road. It is early, but my gut tells me in a year when this division is clearly right there for us, we will be undone by a rash of injuries at the SAME position....the DL. And that has me a little frustrated.

If you watch the play when Murray got hurt you will see that he didn't hurt himself with a twist to the knee but rather that he fell on his kneecap as he hit the ground. To me it didn't look that bad and I thought at the time that he would be back for the next game.
