Likely depreciated out as well as being functionally outdated a bit. So do you use it for another reason or sell it at a profit then reinvest in another facility to depreciate it.

It's gratifying to see Garrett, Lee and others relating fond memories of their Valley Ranch practice fields and facilities. Lots of fond memories will be taken with them to the new one in Fresno. I don't know if you guys really ever read about the bubble but Jones had the bubble replaced the year before it failed by others that were not officially trained to do the work, he ended up writing some big checks, also the real vets missed this by a day there would have been some real $$$involved if vets like Romo got hurt.
