It's a collarbone. It's healed. If he reinforces it, great. It's still going to break if he lands on it wrong.
He needs to give up on some of those last minute heroics that leave him exposed. And we need to all realize that once the collarbone is really healed, he's not at any additional risk to any other QB in the league beyond the fact that maybe teams will be trying to knock him out of games a bit more than they even used to. Jason needs to be all over refs on the late hits. I haven't seen the numbers in a few years, but historically don't had one of the lowest penalties-to-hits ratios of all the good QBs in the league. Whereas Manning and Brady were, predictably, at the top of the list.
