Norm's not a founder, he came to the station in 2000, the Ticket debuted in 1994. But I wouldn't be surprised if your $$ guess is pretty close to accurate.

Yeah, and Norm at around $800,000/yr is a relative bargain, given there's only one of him to pay.

Norm is by far my favorite sports talk show personality. He is the only voice on the Ticket that qualifies it as a sports talk station. Well, Him and Bob Sturm. Everyone else is crap on that station.

Even if you don't listen to him at all... It might be worth listening on the Internet during his draft show. You can watch ESPN and/or NFL network but have 1310 the ticket with Norm.
