This feels like two years ago. He felt good going into our 12-4 year. First game looked terrible then went off with the running game. I hope we just start off strong and keep our winning streak alive against Giants

Hope so!
Btw
He didn't even participate this early in the process that year--coming off back surgery.
So maybe the rust won't be as bad.

"Some of the mechanical things that I work on very hard, I'll throw and continue to do," Romo said. "I'm throwing the ball as well as I ever have.
I appreciate that. But I would still like to see Tony get a few reps in preseason.

It would be awesome if a quarterback said, " I just don't feel like myself this year. I'm not throwing the ball very well. I'm just hoping it all comes together once the season starts."

It would give us something to talk about during off season.

No doubt, players will take the extra step to flatten him, chancing the possible flag. I just hope they give Dak some serious reps and use his legs, if nothing else, it'll be fun to watch.
