Do current nfl players help out with the draftees..

when the cowboys bring in players to look at from the draft say a wr, will they bring newman in to cover him while he runs routes? I think this would help to judge the player. Or bring in an OT and have Ware put some moves on him. just wondering

It would be a nice idea, but I don't even think the players are allowed (by rule) anywhere near the facilities, or to participate in anything that resembles a practice.

Also, as it would not be something contractual, I have a feeling very few players would actually be interested in doing such a thing.

Someone else probably knows for sure - that's just what occurs to me right now.
