Do you guys think we can actually beat the Skins. this was supposed to be a bunch of nobody recvrs. for the Jags and they were beating our secondary all day. Now the skins dont have a bunch of nobodys. they have Moss who beat us last year and Randle El who won a super bowl last year And lloyd who gave us trouble last year. its going to be a long season :bang2: :bang2:

Their hype could be the same thing. Remember they have an older QB football wise and plenty of weapons with a defense that is capable of carrying them.

Bledsoe will be better, but not good.
Oline struggles in protection, so BP will try to run--we will get mixed results.
We will miss a FG.
The D will be very good. Skins score around 14. We score 20.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Skins walk all over Minnesota tomorrow, despite their 0-4 preseason record oh-noes! Their best corner won't be playing so they'll probably roll S. Taylor over TO, leaving it up to Glenn to make some big plays. I think our TE's can make some plays in the middle esp. against Archuleta. We match up pretty well, as long as our qb doesn't throw 3 picks.

I would think we would if we decide to throw first to set up the run like we did early in the game. Use 2 TEs to protect and then throw. Also go deep at least once a quarter towards TO or Glenn.

I don't know what to make of the Commanders. Entering camp, I truly thought they were the team to beat this year. Their preseason performance, which, granted, I shouldn't take into consideration, made me wonder if that was a stupid pick.

Plus, how healthy are Springs and Portis?

One thing's for sure. We can't play like today and hope to win. My fear is we'll be in for another long afternoon with Bledsoe getting hammered and feeling/looking uncomfortable.

He's right. We gotta see the skins play first. If they blow Minny away then I'll be worried if Minny blows them away then maybe Bledsoe will only throw 2 INT's.

I garuntee that your players wont come out like that next week. They will be motivated by the home crowd and wont put out another lack luster performance. Also, I doubt parcells will let them come out like that 2 weeks in a row.

Without seeing the skins play, ill say it will be a very tough game for us, regardless of went down today

I think the game will be close and low scoring. About the Skins, even though the preseason means nothing, the fact that we got blowout, and we could not run basic plays was not a good sign. Of course it is Saunders's plan, which I truly hope, but our first string D was not trying to hide any of our game plan, and we got owned by the teams we played.

I think whoever takes the game, takes it close. I would not put everything about us on tomorrow's games, because our first game last year we looked like crap, and we did look like crap until the 2-3rd game.
