I would like to keep him because we are screwed in the CB department if we dont, but he could be a cap casualty. And, both him and Cooper could be gone so we could be screwed at WR too (Gallup at this point at least, is a #2)

I’d pay him. He doesn’t get the picks but he hardly lets his target catch the ball , believe he allowed 50%? Which was top 5 in the league.

I know all that, but that wasn't the question. CB's don't win super bowls, DLines do. When you start paying a few starters huge contracts, you will not win the super bowl. So, are you willing to pay him if it keeps us out of the super bowl?
