8-8 should get him fired but it will not. Just look what a good young coach is doing for the Rams. They have completely turned around their franchise. Coaching does count in this league however Jerry would still rather be comfortable than win it all.

McVeigh sits down when the defense is on the field and works on offensive plays; I've got no problem with it because he knows his role in letting Wade Phillips run the defense.

Garrett was stripped of play-calling duties and serves no purpose but to look befuddled, clap and butt slap.

I say the same thing I said four seasons ago; Garrett's is an ideal college head coach where he can "coach up" young men with fundamentals, character and discipline.

Nope. The OL is average with the new guys...hopefully better with time, and we are too young on defense, plus key injuries. Not to mention Zeke isn't 100 % Zeke with all the distractions. Vs Rams, he looked like he ran back into traffic more than to daylight.

Right now, with all the changes on both sides of the ball and injuries, this team is not as talented as last year.
