Without going into the crazy math of interpreting wins and losses of the other teams in contention, I can't see how we're not in already.

The Giants have a 25% chance of no playoffs, the Skins 47% and the Eagles 73%.

PS: The latter two games have not been calculated after the Eagles loss and the Skins pending game against GB.

Every team in the NFC minus the Bears and 49ers could still win 10+ games. Not saying they will of course, but it is possible.

That is true, however, 10 of the 13 teams with at least 4 wins will have 4 or more games against each other. Once Dallas reaches 10 wins, I believe statistically they will be guaranteed a playoff spot.

Yep. It would take an epic collapse of historical proportions for this team to miss the playoffs. We'd have to lose 4 or more of our remaining 6 regular season games. I just don't see that happening. At worst we could drop 2, not 4.

No, it guarantees 14th place in the NFC. SF and CHI with 8 losses are the only teams Dallas cannot fall behind in the standings.

I haven't looked at everyone's schedule, but I would think some head to head match ups would knock some teams out.

I'm not going to go into the mathematics of it. But...
It's the half way point where we got to 7-1 after 8 games then a nose dive like some teams have done.

they dont put a x there until it is mathematically sure thing. That all comes later.

No but it puts us at a 98% chance based on history of getting a playoff spot. I will check the website that has these percentages tomorrow when they are updated.

I also posted in another thread that if we win the next 2 games, depending on what other teams do, we should clinch a playoff berth based on remaining games and schedule.
3 more win and beating the Giants gets us in, and could win the divison depending on our divison and conference record versus the Giants.

We could still finish last in our division, so no, we haven't clinched a spot yet.
