I don't think that Gruden is a horrible head coach, but the Raiders are a bad team that are definitely in rebuilding mode. The fans in Oakland are miserable. The players are miserable, unmotivated, and just plain hate showing up for work. It's hard getting up to play for an ownership that clearly has it's sights set on Las Vegas in 2020. Amari grew up a Cowboy fan, he's living a dream and I think you're gonna see it resonate in his play. New atmosphere-New attitude. (Now if Dak can just get him the ball)
