Does anybody else just not give a damn about the NFL playoffs right now?

I don't remember this happening after we got bounced in '06, but definitely in '07 I just felt like, 'you know, who cares?' I'm so down right now about this team that I can't get excited, at all, about the playoffs. Especially not watching the damn Eagles steal our spot and go out there and play for a shot at a SB.

Man, I'll probably watch like a sucker, like I do every year, but I can't remember ever feeling this apathetic about the NFL. I just really, really don't care at all right now.

I don't give two craps about it at the moment. I'm not even really all that emotional about the Cowboys loss either. I was frustrated til about halftime and then I just sorta stopped caring. That's a new one for me.

BTW parchy, the Eagles did not "steal" "our" spot, they came in and knocked the you know what out of us and took the last spot....unfortunatley many of our players, like you, believe that this spot was "ours".

I love the nfl as much as I do the cowboys. I wish some of our players had the respect of the league as they do themselves.

and I am pulling for the dolphins. I want the dolphins to beat the ravens team jerry's team couldnt and I want Tony Sporano and his staff to have great success, to throw it right in Jerry's face what a failure he is as a gm and what a detriment him being involved in the football operations he is.

No issues here but since about game 5 of the season I never thought we make it to the playoffs this year. So it hurts very little an now that Wade is coming back next year I am expecting a top 10 pick for the new coach after Wade gets canned next year

I usually stop caring the second the Cowboys are eliminated. I'll watch all of the college bowl games because I really like the draft and then the Superbowl.

Well, luckily my opinion doesn't count. Unfortunately theirs does, and I guess they all thought they deserved it like I did. Oops. Doesn't help that they'll all go home to their million-dollar mansions, 100-foot TVs and supermodel wives while the real heart of the team, the fans, will struggle through an offseason of doubt, ridicule and anguish. Awesome. I have to hear it from all my toolshed Iggles friends all year about that game. How embarrassing.

Man I just have never cared less about the NFL as I do right now. That'll probably change in a few weeks, but right now? Go "whoever."

I'm actually enjoying it more now that I don't have to get distracted by the false hope the Cowboys are.

No one can replace my love and passion for the Cowboys, but I'm going to enjoy sweating the Chargers and would like to see them make a run.

Of course I'll also root for anyone that plays the Eagles of Giants

the NFL for me has been a blur this season. The NFL as a whole just numbs me, everything from ESPN's around the clock bull**** to NBC's ****ty round table that includes Collinsworth, Bob Costas, and other goofy personalities.

My life is sad and pathetic so I'll continue to follow the NFL like a blind sheep. I'm still shocked at how bad our Offense was over the last half of the season. Night and Day the way they played in the first half and the second half. I have no coaching hopes or expectations, just want to see the right thing done and see the team playing the way they should next season. OMG THE DRAFT IS IN 117 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't wait....

People hating on the no 1st round pick need to shut up cause we have like 9 other picks and 5 or 6 of them are quality.

Yea, sometimes WGN too. A prime time to watch will be New Years Day, they are playing outdoors at Wrigley on NBC5.
