Does anybody else just not give a damn about the NFL playoffs right now?

I will pull for the Titans. I will not watch the Eagles game. It makes me sick.

Yeah, this sucks. I don't want to think about the stupid draft now. I wanted to win a playoff game against the Vikings.

Yea, sometimes WGN too. A prime time to watch will be New Years Day, they are playing outdoors at Wrigley on NBC5.

Years past, I'd watch. I watched the superbowl, etc., but this year, right now, I just dont give a damn. I watched a little of the post game, and haven't watched the news/espn, etc., since, and won't.

Instead, I'm going to watch the Dallas Stars play. We have a game tomorrow night against San Jose, and I'll be there. I'm also going to start playing hockey again myself, and forget about football until the summer.

I dont really care either, although the teams I want to see loose are of course, the Giants, Eagles, Steelers, Arizona, and the Chargers. I live in socal so I'm fed up with dealing the chargers fair weather fans. Other than those must losses, I really don't care who wins..

I don't remember this happening after we got bounced in '06, but definitely in '07 I just felt like, 'you know, who cares?' I'm so down right now about this team that I can't get excited, at all, about the playoffs. Especially not watching the damn Eagles steal our spot and go out there and play for a shot at a SB.

Man, I'll probably watch like a sucker, like I do every year, but I can't remember ever feeling this apathetic about the NFL. I just really, really don't care at all right now.

After last year's bitter, gut wrenching loss to the Giants in the playoffs, I didn't watch another playoff game. I also didn't watch the Super Bowl. I just didn't care about it. I still don't care that I missed it.

I couldn't care less about the playoffs now. Maybe I'll watch the Super Bowl this year, maybe I won't. Like you said, who cares?

The fact of the matter is that I'm less of an NFL fan than I used to be. Rules changes, league expansion, and so much player movement (secondary to free agency) have significantly damaged the professional sport, IMO.

I still bleed Cowboys blue, but it is more out of habit and a blind sense of loyalty than anything else.

I am not rooting for anyone, but always enjoy the underdog. Would be something if Atlanta went all the way, wow.

I'll watch it because I'm a football fan. I'm very disappointed my team did not make it but none the less I love the game of football and will be watching both Pros and college

Im a football fan first, Cowboys fan second. I mourned last night and now Im done with the divas.



Im gonna watch teams like Indy, Baltimore, Tennessee, New York, Miami, and yes, even the Eagles, to see what some real competitors look like cause I havent seen any around these parts in awhile.
