Does anybody have faith in this coaching staff?

It seems this coaching staff is scared and timid to use best players at a positions. Can you think how good this offense(team) would be with a playmaker in the punt and KO returner? Looks like we finally have one in PACMAN for punts..why not let him also do kicks? He did them with the Titans

With Stanback and Austin hurt.. Wade won't use Felix or Pacman?
There are probably the 2 best returners we have. Stanback has yet to prove himself, but I do like what I see when he does return(except for the fumble). We drafted Felix(rather had CJ) to releave MB3 and be the 3rd down guy and on draft day it was a selling point on Felix how good a returner he is , but WE ARE NOT GOING TO USE HIM :banghead: . I can understand not using him alot in preseason..maybe 2-3 returns total, but opening day I would try and get the ball in my playmakers hands(Felix,pac,etc..)

Can't the coaching staff see what a difference a good punt return(pac) makes on this team..now imagine returner that could take it the distance any time they touch the ball.

Also in Defense coverage..if they can play man(bump/run) let them play. THats what PAC excells at. I am so sick of the coaching staff playing the corners 7-10 yards off the reciever when it is 3rd and 3. What do you think happens?...they throw to the WR, we try to get there, but with 7-10 yards head start we miss the tackle and they get alot more than a first down.
MAKE THE OTHER TEAM EARN EVERY DAMN YARD..DON'T GIVE THEM ANYTHING!

EDIT:

We will not play zone exclusively. We didn't stay in zone exclusively last season either. What the coaching staff has shown during preseason isn't an indication of what we will be in every quarter of every regular season game. You'll see us in man-to-man also.

When did we ever target Chris Johnson in draft :confused:

You honestley believe Amendola and Stanback will be returning kicks in the REGULAR SEASON and Felix and Adam will be on the sides?

This coaching staff did pretty good last year. Only a few staffing changes have been made. I'm totally confident in every coach except Bruce Read. I hope he redeems himself. And soon.

I think pac will be the punt returner...but kickoffs..Wade and Read will have to prove it to me.

Why didn't felix get any work with the 1st team offense(all the starters) in any game? I didn't remember him in there once. I guess we will pull the 1st unit out when we are playing the browns so Felix can play.

I have no faith in Wade and this staff. they did a terrible job in the last 4 games of last season. and they never should have lost that home playoff game to the Giants. special teams has not gotten any better.and believe it or not, the defense has more talent but looks worse.so the answer your question.NO!

Very good point. the idea that a backup RB wont be used on kickoff returns because he may get hurt is crazy. and getting Felix no reps with the first team is just as stupid.some of this stuff is hard to believe.

No I don't think they will so why are they doing it now. It makes little sense to me. Pre season play players at positions you want to see them at to see how they do.

Really folks, do you have any faith in Byran Stewart or Bruce Reed? just look at the body of work all last season and now. before all of you say we had a top defense last year, let me say this.that defense was not dominant defense.and Wade has had three head coaching jobs and never won a playoff game. so if you have faith.what is it based on?

Um, to make the roster? Amendola will make this team based on special teams. Stanback, I have no idea. He will more than likely be returning kickoffs, with Felix Jones beside him.
