Does anyone feel like we are never out of a game?

do you also feel we can secure leads? i mean i dont know what you are feeling ? one good season and we are alwasy in it? no there were games we knew we would come back to only blow it. Denver last year or the year before, ther are some games Romo s magic, most mention the Rams game, what about that Bils game, how many turn overs did we have? and he silenced the stadium. I have alwasy been a support of Romo more than of this organization. for now, Garrett has to prove the NFC east did not give him a gift last year and sadly i am of the mindset it was 50 50. The Giants are not going to roll over this year. We split with a very poor Commanders team and we split with a very good Eagles team. Our coaches and scoutng team have made very big leaps. Lets see if Garrett does well thsi seaosn, but to say we are never otu of it, no there are examples when thsi team never showed up, Saints. Lets not forget Garretts failures if we are goign to land some coaches successes at his feet.

I hope not. I don't want to start out pass-happy. I want an equilibrium throughout the game. Run to set up the pass, and take what the defense gives you.

That's just me.

We need to be able to run the ball first in order to be able to set up the pass. Hopefully that aspect of our team doesn't fall off that much when compared to last season.

I was all in favor of letting DeMarco walk but I find it hard to believe that we'll get the same protection after losing him and simply adding McFadden. I hope I'm wrong but I'm still perplexed that we didn't put more and an effort into finding a suitable replacement for his production from last year.

It's a version of what we had in the 90's, only back then we didn't have a defense that let the other guys keep it interesting. It always gets overlooked how bad our defense has been, but it's kept this team form being a lot better than it has for several years now while the offense has been consistently effective.

I think that in general, no lead is safe in the NFL.

The Eagles came back from a 21 point deficit to take a 24-21 lead, last December. Is that because Sanchez is a great comeback qb? Or just because on this day of wide open offenses and rules that favor the offense, no NFL lead is safe? I think its the latter.

However, if my team needs a comeback, no qb I would prefer than Romo.
Well said.

I can't say I'm thinking we'll NEVER be out of a game but from what I'm seeing now, we have the ability to make up a generous number of points in the fourth quarter. I think we'll be able to pull some surprising tricks out of the hat.
