Does anyone have the visitors

just read in the visitors thread
Mike McGlinchey,OT-Notre Dame
Terrell Edmunds,S-Va Tech
Cole Madison,G-Washington State
are on the official 30.
McGlinchey is VERY interesting.

looking at how James Daniels,C/G-Iowa and Cole Madison,T/G,Washington St are the only interior OL on the list...the rest are OTs....does this in some way confirm Collins is moving back inside.
If not...wouldnt you see more OGs listed.

He is someone I hope we get later if we do not get LVE, Evans or R. Smith.

Me too..........the kid is tackling machine. Kinda remind me of Rolando McClain a bit. When he hit, there's only one direction ball carrier goes.

Posted earlier not to go sleep on this kid at 19

the rest of his tape show average player. Other words, last game of the season, national TV, time to show what you got

He won't play just one game in the NFL, so I'd go with what he did throughout college rather than one game..

Id love it,personally.
Best OT in the class.
he's gotta clear Ravens,Chargers and Seattle...and that could happen.

6-8 but "only" 291 lbs. "Only" 24 reps on the bench. I'm a bit worried about his height, too, sure you want your OT to be tall (Smith is 6-5, and there's been other 6-8 OTs, but not a lot) but he has to be able to get his pad level down consistently.

I'd think he's more of a second round prospect...

I think that what's just as interesting on the list are the positions that don't even appear.

TE. Unless I missed it, I don't see any tight ends on the list. Multiple drafts have us linked to the Penn State kid in the second, but he's not on the list. That tells me one of two things: either the team feels that this is a weak draft class at this position, or that they like what they have in Swaim and/or Gathers to eventually take over for Witten.

CB. Astounding to me that there are zero cornerbacks on that list. Almost unthinkable two years ago. In fact, I cannot recall a draft in recent history that we weren't in the market for at least one cornerback that would qualify for the 30 visits.

Times have certainly changed!

5 tight ends listed on the roster, 3 of which have only been on the team 2 years, including Gathers who was basically out all year with an injury. Hard to evaluate a basket full of players at one position, I think they want to work with what they have before bringing in another one.

As far as corners, I think the Cowboys are set to go with Awuzie, Jordan and Brown as starters, anybody else they bring in wouldn't start anyway so they will worry more about other positions. And cornerback gets a lot of attention in game films since they're on an island so much, maybe a bit easier to evaluate that way?

Or the Cowboys could be blowing smoke up other teams' behinds!:muttley:

Good post!

Can't believe my guy, Hurst is nowhere on the list. Also, Arden Keys 30 visit is odd, haven't read a lot good things about him.

Was it Williams that looked like a big ball of play doh at the Combine?

He looked like he could play though when i watched him in 2016. If he falls to 50 could be a surprise pick.

Also like the Edmunds visit. Underrated imo

No. That was Orlando Brown.
