He did drop the ball after the TD - but a minute later you see him walking along the sideline with a ball tucked in his arm.

He deserved a game ball just to be able to somewhat focus on his job and I'm glad the team acknowledged it..

Very nice gesture by the team. Might explain why he was a bit choked up in his PC right after.

The thing I noticed about BP, football is his life, it probably cost him his marriage and alot of time with his kids, its a frickin lonley demanding, thankless job, it eats these guys up, what you realize is a couple of plays make you either this years flavor of the month or at the bottom of the heap. I admire the ones that get out and enjoy life. Say what you will about Madden he has taken time to enjoy life same for Jimmy Johnson..
