is exactly ?

should we be looking for new LT ?

It’s the first time Smith has been on the injury report this year, but he’s got some record of dealing with back injuries. He missed some practice time in training camp with back tightness, and missed two games early last season.

He was having issues with his back but a groin injury is what has him out now.

Don’t really care. Guy seems done. Chronic back injuries don’t just disappear.

Lucky for us, no reason for him or Dak to step on the field again this year. Dez can just continue practicing route running with Twill. (They need the reps.)

This season is done, so if he needs surgery then they should let him get it done now.

Tyron will never be the same Tyron as in years past. His back will not magically go away. At best, Dallas should be able to manage the pain but don't expect any 16-game seasons from here on out. We need a viable back-up who can eventually take over his position.
