I want Holland here for at least 2009. He is good enough to be a quality starting O-Linemen.

With Preston, Free and Holland we can do some things if there's an injury and only carry 8 O-Linemen. Free could play either OT spot. If Colombo gets injured and we don't want Free there, then we can move Bigg to RT and put Holland in at RG. Holland can also play LG and then if Gurode gets hurt we put Preston in. If both Bigg and Kosier get hurt, then we can put Preston and Holland in at guard.
