Brad Sham and Babe Laufenberg were saying that they think Morgan is going to be bumped by Ahmad Merritt. They see them as the same quality of receiver and the difference between the two is that Merritt can contribute to special teams.

Honestly, Henson would have had a better night and a few more shots to get something going if Q had held on to the pass Drew put in his hands.

I'm betting that we are working the phones to see if someone wants Q. Otherwise he's going to be one of the first cuts.

Its seems most forget that Morgan is one of the guys who could have had surgery on that shoulder, but is being tough & playing through it!

Merritt sprained his foot last night. I don't know how bad it is, but that may buy Morgan some time.

I agree, to a point, but part of that is being able to work through it and catch the easy ones. If he were stretching to make the play, then perhaps. That ball was right between the 8 and the 1. It was a first down on about the 5 yard line. If your going to make a team, you gotta make that play. If the injury is preventing you from doing that, then you shouldn't be on the field.

Which el it be?

lol

I really thought Morgan was going to step it up this year. I guess I was wrong. At least Crayton looks to be improving.

I would assume BP has mentioned it in passing.

LOL. No pun intended of course. What I don't think he has grasped is that Crayton is more talented.

If he doesn't get his head right he could get passed by one or two others and find himself on the waiver wire. Right now I think he makes it but he it definitely four or five now.

I wonder if he wants to go some place else.

Morgan dropped an easy ball last night which could have converted a 3rd down in the red zone. Instead we had to settle for 3.

Why bother playing through it if he isn't going to catch the ball?

Sad Sad Sad, trade Antonio Bryant off a star Wide Receiver who's 6-2 210 for a Pre-school hands, injury prone Quincy Morgan who is 6-1 220....
And so far Antonio Bryant showing Cowboys they made a terrible mistake giving him up... 3 catches for 78 yards, and 1 Touchdown....

We should've traded Antonio Bryant to somewhere like the Oakland Raiders for Gabriel...Not Thinking....Quincy Morgan?
Quincy Morgan some garbage... Zuriel Smith is better than Quincy Morgan...

You don't think we would have traded for someone better if it was available? Face it, Bryant had no value. You throw a jersey at one of the most respected coaches in the league and you've pretty much killed your trade value. Let's stop moaning over what we should have gotten for Bryant. If there was a better deal Morgan wouldn't be here.

I dunno, but I understand that the Brownies totally ripped us off.......especially now that they've just traded Andre Davis for what will amount to roughly a 5th rd pick.
