Does Randy Gregory even care?

Again, we were told that this was merely a case of missing a test. He did not test positive supposedly. Was that a lie?

Who cares? Even if it were a missed test, he's had numerous infractions prior so he probably has a laundry list of hurdles he needs to clear for the NFL to consider his reinstatement and give him the best chance to get reinstated.

It's not as simple as filing a piece of paper here with the league and say, "Gee, sorry guys, I was at Wendy's and missed my test, just reinstate me."

Bottom line, Gregory is probably a whole lot more like David Irving than what folks want to accept.

Legalizing pot would like not solve this issue whatsoever. These are mental health issues that run a lot deeper than just "marijuana to control anxiety."

Yes, here we are. If you don’t like my opinion, believe me when I say I DO NOT care.

And yet you responded to his post to tell him that you don't care.

When someone does that, guess what? They care.

Bottom line is he isn't anything like Irving. Irving was a self professed recreational pot smoker who had no intention of trying to get treatment to curb his use. Gregory has sought out treatment, not only for his drug abuse but also other mental issues he suffers from.

I mean holy crap, you admit in the next paragraph that he has mental health issues.

Stop posting. You are embarrassing yourself on this topic.

Those are two different situations. Zeke is just holding out because he wants more money. Gregory is out because he's battling addiction and other demons. I am not sure how the team sticking by Gregory would somehow hurt the team.
LOYALTY. Isn't it obvious to you? lol...its staring all of us right in the face. That's been this teams biggest issue for the last 20 years. JERRYS UNDYING LOYALTY. Forget the why of it...yes 2 different situations, but the same problem exsists...JERRY AND HIS LOYALTY. Now we have nothing to show for it.

Loyalty only hurts (has hurt) when Jerry has kept bad players around too long or mediocre coaches.

I fail to see how Jerry being loyal to Gregory and trying to help him through his issues so he can play is a bad thing here. You are going to have to explain it better than you have because I am not getting it.

Then why did you respond to a guy to tell him you don't care what he thinks? I mean you cared enough to post to him to tell him that you don't care what he thinks.

Surely you can see the irony in that, right?
Nope. Just responding to a stupid post.

I think it's about time Goodell announces this guy and Josh Gordon are banned from the NFL forever and to apply for regular jobs now.

How many snaps has Gregory taken for us since we drafted him? There's your answer. Where is he now? still suspended ,unavailable and hasn't asked for reinstatement yet. That's telling. What good is loyalty if said player isn't here and available? Zeke , where is he? How do ya think he will function with the new playbook without having been in camp learning and getting chemistry down? YUP...again, theres why Jerry's Loyalty has failed the team. Love Zeke, he's been awesome...but he is letting the team down. Business is business, but it could have waited til next year.

wrong. Loyalty hurts when you don't understand when to say when and give it up. No matter how talented a player is. Hurts the team just the same.

Lolol in 50 years weed will be normal for everyone’s use. It’s not a bad thing
Yeah, just what our screwed up society needs. More self medicated morons that aren’t equipped to be adults because they weren’t awarded enough participation trophies.

Pretty much. And a few more turning psycho and killing their own family due to the psychosis it can cause.

THANK GOD Stephen jones is handling Zeke ...if it were Jerry I think he would have caved.

You don't think both Irving and Gregory have mental health issues? They're more alike than they aren't.

Both are great guys off the field. Super interviews. Bright and funny. Very likable dudes with massive football talent. Seem to have the world by a string.

But a month away from it all, and they go completely dark. Off the deep end.

Bipolarity? Sociopathic (which 10% of people are)? Deeply depressed? All of the above?

But we're told this was a missed test.

Shouldn't they cut this guy loose and never mind? Get him set up for help, but let him go.
