A day after making a big splash to open the free-agency period, the Miami Dolphins barely caused a ripple on day two.
The lack of activity might not last for long.

The Dolphins are waiting to see how Arizona linebacker Calvin Pace likes his visit with the Jets.
Pace, 27, left South Florida on Saturday headed for New York, with an offer from Miami waiting behind for him.
With Pace's status in limbo, the Dolphins added another player Saturday, a day after they locked up seven.
The Dolphins announced Houston Texans linebacker Charlie Anderson agreed to a three-year deal.
Anderson ended his four-year career in Houston by totaling nine tackles, including two sacks, in the regular-season finale against Jacksonville.
Anderson, 26, started five games for the Texans last season, but his primary role was on special teams.
The Dolphins also announced they finalized the contracts for several players: quarterback Josh McCown (Oakland), guard Justin Smiley (San Francisco), defensive tackle Randy Starks (Tennessee) and linebacker Reggie Torbor (N.Y. Giants).
Smiley, 26, signed a five-year deal for a reported $25 million, including $9 million guaranteed. Listed at 6-feet-3, 311 pounds, Smiley started 49 of 56 games for the 49ers.
Starks, 24, signed a five-year deal for a reported $21 million, including $7 million guaranteed. Starks (6-3, 312) started 28 of the 38 games he played for the Titans, finishing with career highs of 78 tackles and 41/2 sacks in 2005 when he started all 16 games.
McCown, a six-year veteran who signed a two-year deal for $6.25 million, is expected to challenge John Beck for the starting job.
McCown, 28, has thrown 35 touchdowns and 40 interceptions in 31 NFL starts.
Torbor, 27, made his mark late last season, totaling 10 tackles in a regular season-ending loss to New England. Tobor, who signed a four- year contract, also had 50 special-teams tackles in four seasons with the Giants.
But one of the real prizes of the Dolphins' '08 free-agency class might be yet to come. The No. 18 pick in 2003 out of Wake Forest, Pace, 27, played liked a first-round draft pick last season when the Cardinals switched to a 3-4 defensive scheme.
Pace (6-4, 270) finished 2007 with 98 tackles and 61/2 sacks. He had 16 solo tackles and a sack in the season's final two games.
