I read or saw somewhere that Donavan Mcnabb said Zeke looked out of shape. I thought Zeke looked good for the first game. Did he look out of shape to you?
Actually he did to me. I thought he looked gassed and slightly slower than usual. He didn't do much in preseason so I'd suspect that is why. I'm sure he will be in tip top shape really soon though.

I thought he looked a little slow on that screen pass to the left that he took down the sideline, but then later in q4 I saw his old speed back. I'm sure just a matter of not playing all preseason am's then having to play a full rough and tumble game. Give it a couple more games and everyone will be in peak condition barring any injuries of course.

It might take him a few weeks to work that off, but it did look like there were a few extra pounds and he did give up on that long run of his,,, thought he coulda beast-moded his way to the end zone on that one. Hey, I imagine getting screwed over by his ex and by Goodell has to be taking a toll on him. Goodell is a real sonofab

I wouldn't say 'out of shape.' He doesn't look overweight to me nor did he lose his burst or speed.

He was more not quite in 'playing shape' which is expected when you haven't played a full game in a while and it was sweltering hot and didn't quite have the stamina to handle it. Kinda like a pitcher who has the stuff to start the season, but isn't used to having pitched more than 3 innings since that's all they do in spring training.
