Donovan Mcnabb says Dak Prescott is the 2025 MVP so far

Just curious but who are guys who consistently have good mechanics at qb?
Brees, Brady, Herbert is pretty consistent, Stafford, the Mannings, Rothliesberger, Rodgers, Wilson has good mechanics I just thing he is system QB, Purdy, Milton has good mechanics but its decision making that is suspect, Burrow is OK so is Allen. There are a lot of guys with bad mechanics but really strong arms so that will cover a lot of mechanical issues early.

It’s a Cowboys site. Yes Cowboy fans are gonna not like negativity about their team. Why do you guys act like this is an Eagles forum? This is a Cowboys site. I can see your point if this was a Eagles or Commanders site.
Yes, it's a Cowboys site. With that being said, ALL views, positive or negative, should be allowed for discussion and neither side should be told to shut up and let it go.

By your response I'm guessing you don't agree and want the board to be filled with nothing but positivity, but that isn't the real world or how message boards like this work.

But you already know this so I'm wasting my time explaining it to you.

Geesh!! This poor defense really has everyone distracted. Once again Dak has to have all #1 picks around him to be functional while the defense is stripped of its best defender. No other team in the league has done more to help their QB than the Dallas Cowboys. And he still chokes in big moments.
Seriously?!?! The eagles put the best OL around Hurts, gets a top 2 RB, top TE and and WR... yet no team has done more for their QB...49ers have done the same.

Imagine a cowboys forum wherein they win the superbowl? I couldn’t even guess the tone of fans
I'm most certain that there is a contingency of fans that will criticize and say they won despite the player, coach or owner they hate... instead of enjoying and savoring the win.

That depends on whether another contingency of fans tries to say that 1 player won the super bowl entirely on his own and gives no credit whatsoever to the rest of the 'team'. We all know it will happen.

I would be more than happy to give Dak props should he ever manage to get the team to a super bowl. But we have 10 years of evidence that says it will never happen, not unless Jerry can build a roster of #1's at every position, which we all know will also never happen. Jerry isn't going to put forth the effort it would take.

Eagle fans hate McNabb? Romo and Dak would have to be in protective custody their whole lives if they were Eagles QBs.
We not always exaggerate around here I mean some of you guys exaggerate did you really need to prop up Mcribb, He played with uh quite a few good receivers and by the way when you look at some of the alleged bottom feeders that are on teams like WR3 how about Cedric Wilson and right now the the development of Flournoy don't act like those receivers can't be good with the right quarterback..

Here's a few of them you call into that deSean Jackson a jag lmao He also played with a great defense and he had some pretty damn good run games as well from my memory I don't have to go back but I mean if you want me to I can Google's my friend It should be yours..

Donovan McNabb had several wide receivers with the Philadelphia Eagles, with some of the most notable being Terrell Owens, DeSean Jackson, Todd Pinkston, and Reggie Brown. Other receivers who caught passes from him included James Thrash, Kevin Curtis, Jason Avant, Greg Lewis, and Freddie Mitchell.

freddie mitchell on that list very underrated... Desean Jackson Very similar to OBJ Some people just didn't like him because of his diva light extra personality but the man was a great wide receiver...

Yeah Joe Burrows minus the great O line but they've had at least tried to rebuild the offensive line a couple of times but don't act like he don't have or has had some great skilled players to throw to..

Hook it last night Mr Over 40 year old allegedly washed up Joe Flacco when you have weapons like that if you just don't mess it up that offense can move...

Will the stans stop with the constant Dak propping and just 'let it go'? You know they won't
.....and the unnecessary cheap shots or sarcasm for no reason at all. We have comedy all over the field on D to poke at.

That shows you how much you are obsessed with Dak....I wasn't speaking to any individual player...as evidence with my focus on PLAYERS, COACHES, and OWNER...there are enough fans on this site that has a beef with multiple players...the coaches...and especially (and well deserved) against the owner. my post wasn't Dak specific...but the fact that you went there shows what your intent was. My guarantee is there are fans who will still find reasons to criticize the team even if they won a super bowl...period.

Damn as in Joe Milton?

i agree all views should be allowed and they are. I’m just confused why you are shocked. I want balance on the board for sure. I understand We all won’t have the same views.

Of course there will still be someone beeching and moaning.
But lucky for you the way the roster is constructed we won't get the chance to see it happen. The rest of the NFL would have to lose every starter for Dallas to have a chance, and that still wouldn't guarantee Dallas making it to the super bowl, or even an NFCCG. This defense would have trouble stopping low level college offenses.

Oh believe me, I know it doesn't even qualify as a realistic pipe dream...I was just responding to the question "imagine if they won the SB". Cowboys could have won a SB with Micah here and him not getting a sack and somebody would of have complained about that...this is just the type of fanbase we have. Everybody has to be an all-pro and completely dominate the the most talented teams for them to be considered halfway decent.

I live in WNY and watched him when he was at SU. I always thought he wouldnr make it in the NFL because option QB's never did. He may have been the only one
Ha ha, I remember him as the SU backup point guard for two years. It was 95-96 that somehow Boeheim got that team to the finals and gave Kentucky a scrappy fight before losing. Antoine Walker was on Kentucky I believe? McNabb didn't play in that game, or too many IIRC. I remember seeing him on the court two games and he looked a bit more stout than the other guards, lol.

I lived in Mt. Laurel during the Reid years and my neighbor was OL coach Juan Castillo. As a former college player and coach myself that knew the high school scene very well, we talked often about the players in the area. He taught me a good deal about OL play and techniques. He also allowed me to view older game films from time to time, so I had a good idea of who was good and who wasn't. He was a great neighbor.

McNabb's receivers were for there most part JAG level or below. One stud year of T.O. was about it. He had Desean for two years, but injuries robbed McNabb of some of his long ball ability, so he was never able to take advantage of his speed. Brent Celek was a solid TE, and Westbrook was a beast out of the backfield. But anyone that thinks Pinkston, Thrash, Smalls, Mitchell, Avant, Brown (Reggie), or Curtis were anything but average receivers doesn't know what in the hell they were watching back then.
