There have been more football questions (and decent, legit football questions) than I can ever remember them asking Parcells.

A few highlights...

Romo has been at OTAs more than just about anyone. He's getting the other players to do more than what is being asked of them. They're supposed to be there 4 days - they're there for 5. He had a great morning of practice.

McQuistan's has been played at guard, but they really want to give him many chances at tackle, if they can manage it, as finding LTs is so difficult. Says McQ has the athletic ability to play LT certainly.

He skirted the Ellis thing nicely. That's the good thing about having a GM - you can just say "That's his problem."

They just didn't see any way Rivera was going to be able to help them this year.

I actually was hoping for even more real football questions than just fishing for soundbites on the guys who have missed the OTAs. At least there was some good stuff on McQ, Leonard Davis, and Garrett. I'd like to hear even more, though -- especially about the defense.

They're so hell-bent on finding controversy (instead of being the conduit between the fans and the team ) that there's always gonna be alot of those questions. I just thought there was alot of football talk, for OTAs, and Wade was always ready to make it about how the players are performing, not whether they've been in attendance.
