I have learned you don't sleep on any player. Heck Cowboys have had some UDFA over the years who have done very good jobs. Drew Pearson, Tony Romo and Cole Beasley just 3 off the top of my head. Draft is important but once the draft is over as far as I am concerned we go back to square 1 where all players regardless of where they are selected must show what they can do where it matters....on the field of play

Give him #25.

Looks good in highlights. Hope he doesn't try that spin move at the next level, he will be carried off doing that.

I could easily see Thomas make the 53. Morris is going to be our #3 back and is not a good receiver or a special teamer. Thomas is a very good receiver and kick returner.

runs look nice.
numbers are horrible 192lb with 4.68sec 40 compared to switzer at 4.51
cone and shuttle numbers much worst than switzer who is also plenty nifty

When I saw his tape, I said he looks like his feet are moving fast, but he's not really going fast. With that much pitter-patter, you should be breaking long runs.
Be that as it may, hope he pans out. I was a little disappointed we didn't pick up a back who could spell Zeke (since we're trying to keep him fresh ) a little better than McFadden and Morris.
Maybe Thomas can be that back.

thought mcfadden was ok.
morris looked bad but at least he has shown he can play in the nfl

btw, morris records show he runs the same 40 time as thomas...but weighing 222lb instead of 192lb

He looks to have game speed to me. I'm going to wait until preseason before I say he sucks. I think he may have some kr ability. It's not like Dunbar ever had a great return anyway

For the amount of times we took Zeke out of the game, we didn't give DMac the ball that much. Or maybe I was just sleeping and didn't see it. I don't think Morris got as many carries as he should have, and he seem to have fallen out of favor by the end of the year. I really don't understand his situation.
