Maybe, but with Orton retiring and a frisky Do I would have thought the Bills were in a better position. Maybe he thinks another team will pay higher than the option.

I heard he had a few days following the end of the season to opt out of his contract. He just chose to exercise it. You could be right, but I don't see how Buffalo could prove anything, so I doubt they would make that accusation.
