Caleb Downs certainly seems destined to gravitate towards great leadership for the Cowboys in the foreseeable future. Let's make a point to support him in any way we can. He's getting off to a fantastic start in proving himself suited for a leadership role in the years to come. We were very fortunate to secure him as our first draft pick a while back. Other teams will envy us for having him. Bet on it.

The team has lacked true leadership for a long time. Maybe they finally found one. Heard two seasons ago he was the best player in college football. Maybe we get to see that in the next few months. Here is hoping.

No -- Jourdan Lewis was an outstanding leader of the secondary. Before him, Sean Lee and Orlando Scandrick were also leaders. On the offensive side, Dak is noted for his leadership and Tyler Smith is filling the void left by Zack Martin.
