Still think Dallas will add a WR. If it's not a top guy like Roy Williams or Chad Johnson, it will probably be a guy like Matt Jones. I think there was a rumore out anyways. Also a youger backup QB than Brad will be added.

I'm putting my money on Amendola making this team. I think he takes Austin or Hurd's spot on the roster.

You did a really good job here. The only thing that I see wrong is that Rogers is an OLB not ILB. Plus Burnett will be behind James as the #4 ILB. Walden VS Rogers as the #4 OLB will be a very interesting battle in camp.

Also Miles Austin will beat out Amondela because Austin is big and physical enough to help on covereage teams as a gunner, he actually does a good job at this. Special Teams ability will be even more important in this years camp b/c we lost Keith Davis. For this reason it wouldn't suprise me to see Rogers hold off Walden b/c Rogers plays well on coverage units.

Also I could see us releasing Kosier, although he is a really good player. I think we need a solid FB to compete with Anderson also someone who could be a core special teams player. Last year the coaches wanted McQuistan to compete with Kosier, But injuries at OT in camp prevented that from happening. If McQ can play that spot then it would do 4 things to help us.
A. We could get younger at OG
B. We could save $$$ b/c McQ makes alot less than Kosier
C. It would allow us to carry only 9 OL as opposed to 10
this is important b/c typically OL don't play on coverage units. We could use the open roster spot on a FB
D. It allows us to see McQ play and evaluate him prior to the 2009 draft. I have been hearing for the last 3 years that he could develope into a starter for us. I think its time to validate these thoughts. If Kosier can hold him off, then it tells me that Interior OL must be either addressed in FA next spring or drafted day 1 of the draft next spring.

Other than Roy starting I'm with that, I think Henry will take his spot except for on obvious running plays. I really can't wait to see my boy Pacman play for us. With T-New, Pacman, Jenkins, Henry playing and Roy not playing much we will be 10x better than we were last year in coverage.

I think you nailed it Hos IMHO.

We're definitely carrying 6 corners and 10 db's total.

I'm in agreement with you on Amondela making the team.

I think Austin is a goner.

With the corners and backs selected this weekend, we're in good shape for special teams.

Amondela can play the one spot that I don't think anyone on the roster can play as well as he can, outside of Glenn of course... and that's the slot.

If Stanback is healthy, he brings everything to the table that Austin does.

Austin was getting a ton of playing time at the end of the year and was a difference maker. I say he is working his tail off catching 300 balls a day and gets even more playing time this year.

If anything Hurd is the goner because its evident hes hit his ceiling and he just cannot get seperation often on the NFL level.

That makes sense.

Either way, I think kid from TCU makes the team.

Holy cow I did forget Burnett. I wasn't picking starters though and I should have. I was doing the names as they came to me.

Going to fix it right now and it will reflect starters.

I think Glenn is the least likely of my WRs to be there and I am not at all sure we won't still find a veteran WR to trade for. The question is...what will we trade?

I can't see them keeping 7 wide receivers on the roster. Keeping six is a lot, but will probably be the number again this year.
