Draft order to be shuffled… The top 10 of the proverbial ‘if the drat were held’ selection order or the 2008 draft will almost assuredly get shuffled this weekend as several teams with early picks are matched up head-to-head. For example, New Orleans (2-4), which would have the 6th pick if the draft were held today, plays at San Francisco (2-4), which is sitting on the 5th pick which the 49ers traded to New England, while the New York Jets (1-6), with the 4th pick, is home to Buffalo (2-4) which currently has the 8th pick. Two other 2-4 teams – the Vikings with the 10th pick and Philadelphia with the 11th – square off in Minnesota. Meanwhile, St. Louis and Miami, the NFL’s last two remaining winless teams, are going to different length this weekend to try and get off the schneid. On the one hand, St. Louis, which would have the #1 pick overall if the draft were held today, will be at home to resurgent 3-3 Cleveland. On the other hand, Miami, which would pick second, has to go all the way to London to play the streaking New York Giants
