Yeah, the team he plays against every week. ;)

he's an amazing physical talent thats for sure...but he has alot of other issues

liek I said, I'd pass on him altogether and I bet he's suspended within 18 months or so

I like the direction the team is going now. No malcontents, trouble childs, etc....

So, NO i don't want him.

I'd take him, but he won't drop to 51.

I understand he's had issues, but everytime I hear his name, I keep thinking "Randy Moss." Not the same physical skills, but a great talent with a nickle brain. Put him on the right team, and maybe he grows up.

"Paging Calvin Hill, your next project is ready for pickup."

If he fell to 51, I would absolutely take him but he won't. I'd be shocked if he did.

absolutely not...I hope the stories of us removing him completely off the board are true.

this kid is going to be a major problem for some team, I dont want it to be us

Just like he was in college, Oh wait he wasn't a problem in college. The kid was a model student athlete while at Florida. He won't be there at #51, but if he was we'd be stupid not to take him.

guess we'll see, but I bet he doesnt go in the first rd. I even have my doubts he'll get picked today at all and will probably end up that free fall guy everyone talks about all weekend.

it isnt just the drug thing...there's the injury thing...there's the horrible attitude thing...there's the spread offense thing

he just isnt worth it...nobody on that Florida coaching staff shed one tear that he left early...even the UF boosters were glad he left apparently

David, not sure where you get your information, but you are 100% wrong on Harvin.

Its out there.

But alot of the stuff I heard came from one of their boosters, who's a good friend of mine.

David, I went to Florida, go to almost every home game, bowl game and even the BCS Championship last year. I follow Florida football almost more then Dallas Cowboy football. Harvin is not a problem. Meyer even went on record saying as much. He was a major pain in the *** in high school, but while at Florida he was a great student athlete. If there is a knock on him it's he has a bad heel that required surgery before last season. Some question if it's 100% or not.

BTW, I cannot believe the Lions just paid Stafford that amount of money.

Getting busted at the combine for pot isnt a knock? Teh other issue for me is the spread offense stuff, nobody seems to come from that style of offense in college and becomes anything decent in the NFL.

Great physical talent, but I wonder about him too. I'm not sure he's a legit franchise QB, nor am I sure he'll ever become one.

I wouldn't want the guy. He apparently can't make good decisions. Failing a drug test at the combine? I can't think of a dumber thing to do. Just shows where his priorities are. Prolly has a stable of pit bulls all set to start up.

The pot thing is just being stupid, not being a disruptive player. I believe there is a RB in Minnesota that was pretty good running out of the spread.

I like Harvin, a lot, but I wouldn't want him unless I was 100% sure he wouldn't be doing anymore dope, doing anymore screwing around. He's an outstanding talent, without any doubts, but I'd be very worried about rather or not he'll stay out of trouble or if he'll spend loads of time on the Suspension list.
