Draft Status After Early Games...

Yes. How pissed would you be if a meaningless win today mean dropping from 6th to 12th?

Not just 6 spots in the 1st round but the subsequent rounds to. That would suck.

Trade down for a bounty of picks.

You need a trade partner - hopefully we'll have one if Fairley, Peterson and Quinn are off the board.

AZ losing killed our chances of moving up.

not really. Both SF and AZ were in front of us. They played each other today. One was gonna stay in front and the other possibly drop behind with a win.

Great, just great. This team breaks my heart all the way to the end.

Dallas can't even figure out how to lose right. Congrats guys.....you won nothing, you beat the Eagles scrubs and cost the franchise very advantagous positioning in the draft.

Right now 9th. If the Seahwaks lose 10th

Yes, those last two drives were beyond stupid. Why play like that now? Why not in the previous 15 games?

Very tradeable picks actually. Trade down to the upper teens and pick up a second and one of the OTs?

I like that.

I'm all for trading up for Peterson too, though.

If Peterson slips to #5, we could trade up from the 9th.

sounds like a plan.

oh well. lets just hope we get some guys who can contribute right away in the early rounds.

That's cool. One of the D-Linemen will be there. If not, go OT.

Dunno why people are caring so much about draft status.

This isn't a Troy Aikman vs. Tony Mandarich type deal after a win/loss, and we did nab Demarcus at 11.

Too much can happen from now until the draft, and the top 5 spots, although premium selections can result in massive bust picks.

I think the good teams are made mostly in the mid rounds, with possible surprise gems and solid players, other than elsewhere.
