The last time Drew had such a big game was his first game vs. the Pats, when the Bills were 5-3. Before that, it was late 1999. Both games were losses and hence Drew has not had a playoff team since 1998.

A big game on Sunday would be be huge in general, but consider what is on the line for Drew: 5th Pro Bowl selection, 5th Playoff season, Division title, Career high Rating, #14 spot All-time TDs, #6 All time Completions (he needs 23 to tie Fran Tarkenton) and if all of the above happens, this game Sunday will have essentially put the finishing touches his Hall of Fame credentials.

This is like the 2nd Philthy game. It doesn't matter how we do it or how Bledsoe looks or stats or whether we look flat or if the Giants get unlucky or the refs help us or Feely chokes or however it happens. We need to find a way to win Sunday. I have a feeling we may not be using this game as a training film but if the scoreboard looks good I'll be happy.

Actually his biggest game since '02 was last year in Buf against Pitt. In a critical season-ending game where Buf had a chance to go to the playoffs.

Minor detail, tho

Actually, you are 100% correct,IMO. That game was more critical than this game. At least Cowboys still will have a chance of Winning Division even with a loss here, as Giants have more tougher schedule, due to their road record.

Drew can prove a lot by playing well, regardless of win or loss this game. Because you just cannot point to Drew solely on that game I think, since the whole team got manhandled by Pittsburgh. Well especially coming from me, since I still not a believer of Drew, as I am always wary in pressure situations about Bledsoe. You can call me a skeptic/Hater/not a fan or whatever, but I always have uneasy feeling about Bledsoe, not that he really warrants that this year.

Last year, that game, whole Bills team, including him stunk up the joint against pretty much against Pittsburgh Backups.

Yes, I forgot about that game. And it's true that the whole team was to blame. Drew started slow but at one point completed 10 straight passes. They had a lot of drops that game, plus a key missed FG.

Drew has only lost 5 games out of the last 18 games, by a combined score of 17 points. He hasn't been dominated in a game since the Pats game in week 9 of 2004.

As the game gets closer it seems to be getting bigger too. In any event if we win, it will hurt the giants way more it would hurt us to lose it. Still with plenty of football left after this game, this is not the biggest game the boys will be in this year, certainlyif they win this game, then we will have bigger games for sure.

Its gunna be a good game and I think it will be a close game (why should this one be any different). I think both teams have a good shot at winning and I think the team with fewest turnovers and penalties will have the best chance to win and the kickers will play a large part in it. I feel better about Cundiff then I do Feeley, but I dont feel as comfortable as I would with Venitieri (how ever you spell it).

I have a strange feeling Bledsoe will feel those chilly winds on his hands, see his breath in the air, and go to work on the Giants secondary with Crayton, Key, Glenn and Witten all catching passes on our opening TD drive...

First off, Drew won an AFC championship game in 2001, so your a little off with the facts.

Drew has also won many playoff games, 2 championship games and had a very good 1st half in a superbowl with a pathetic defense and special teams.

He's pretty much seen it all and he won't be blowing chunks over this game. It's easy to pick on the one's he's had problems in but everyone forgets he was VERY successful in several campaigns. Which explains why he was considered the best qb in football for several years in the '90s.
