Dual Head Coaches just like dual kickers don't work on this team, it is and always was a flawed concept. No matter what anyone might tell you Wade is not the sole head coach of this team, Wade coaches his half of the team and Jason Garrett coaches his half. In order to be an effective head coach you need to have the hearts and minds of the entire team, and you need to put your stamp on it. In my opinion this is way you haven't seen a complete effort from this team. Even when they win, its either an overly defensive influenced win, or a offensive influenced win, but not a total effort on both sides of the ball at the same time. This is because Wade is coaching his half and Jason Garrett coaching his half, there is not a leader on game day putting a complete game together, commanding the game.

I can't wait till april when we can talk with optimism about the new team, draft choices, and of course the direction the new coach is taking things.
