I thought he tore both the ACL and the MCL. At least I read it in another thread.:(

Wish we could focus on drafting guys who are built to last and not injury prone. Not saying Dunbar is an example or anything though, I hope for the best with him. But it's tough dealing with 99% of your top guys being injury prone. I get that Romo's older and that's going to be a possibility, but I'd feel much better about it if we actually had someone grooming behind him. It really sucks to see Lee constantly hurt and Dez on the sidelines. I know that Jason Wittens of the world are few and far between but there's something to be said for guys who stay healthy consistently.

You can't prevent injuries, it's apart of the game. Lee couldn't have done anything differently to prevent the concussion. The only thing we can do is draft better. Last year we suffered a lot of injuries at the LB position, however we drafted well with Hitchens and Ro worked out well. It's about depth....

You can't draft well enough to be prepared for a season like this. This is a perfect storm of injuries. I don't think I've ever seen anything like this in Football, not to this many key players. The only instance I can recall is with the Texas Rangers last season. They lost key players everywhere and had the worst record in the American League. Set a record for most players used in a season. It happened again early this season...but, they slowly got healthy and when they did, got hot. We can only hope we are like the 2015 Rangers and not the 2014 Rangers.

This has to be the most injury plagued season I've seen. I don't know if we'll even have enough guys to finish the season.

Sources say BS. No MRI has been done yet and no radiologist has interpreted the scan, so nothing is 100% as of now.

Yeah I'm pretty sure he did too. I wish he would have stayed in the endzone, shouldn't have brought that kick out.

We've been hit hard at key positions. Couple that with players who are suspended. It's just bad. If I'm correct, the Cowboys were down 7 or 8 of their top 14 players going into last nights game. It's been bad.

It's not just the Cowboys, there seems to be a lot of injuries league wide this season.

I think the last CBA the owners and players signed is the main reason for all of these injuries. It really limits the amount of practice time in the off season and during the year.

Hopefully this team can hang on but I don't think it will. You can only lose so many of your top players and still complete.

My rule would be no starters, or valuable assets on offense or defense will return kicks or punts.

and his knee bent in odd way pretty bad, he tore one or both an will be out for season, just my take on seeing his knee bend.

Torn ACLs can pretty much be determined by the training / medical staff almost immediately after the injury occurs.

I'm pretty sure the coaching staff has a pretty good idea on whether or not it is a ACL.
