do you know them directly or do you know someone who knows them? this is important.

it gets old to hear this "i heard this player wants to be here and blah blah blah" by people who by all intents and purposes is just making stuff up. it gets old, sorry. if it didn't get old and if it didn't bug people, there'd not be a sticky at the top of the forum asking you not to do it.

would there?

In the original post I wrote........"I know someone who knows someone who knows Dunn". I even followed the rumor up with ........."Take it for what its worth".............

If you look at my post history you'll find that I have never "made stuff up" in the past. On a message board, as in life, you listen to people and make judgements on the persons ideas or information based upon they're history. I was wrong about the Dunn thing, I acknowledged it. Someday I hope the Lord will be more forgiving on me than you are. I realize you love nothing more than to cast the first stone. You're post history supports it.

Now then..... The "sticky" on the top of the page says this.......

During this time of the year, rumors fly fast and furious in messageboard land. Since free agency began, it has gotten worse.

If you see something on another board and the post does not have a link to a credible news source, then do not post it here.

Thanks

Now had you gone back and read the post you would have seen that I didn't find the info on a message board, but it was a freind of a freind thing......you wouldn't look so foolish now.

But NOOOOOO......you like to jump in with a quick jab.........."But what about a freind of a freind of a freind" remark.

I realize its your style, jump in, wrag on someone or something and move on. I don't think I've ever actually seen you post that wasn't blasting someone else or someone else's idea. It must take alot of energy to be as negative as you.

Oh, and one more thing. If you don't like what someone says, or thier idea, there is a real easy way to not let it "bug" you.

Don't read it. And most certainly you don't have to respond to it.

Try it.......I think the rest of us would be grateful.

I was kinda hoping to see Dunn here. But with the lack of cap room I see this as a good move by Jerry et al. A rookie RB can step right in and contribute the first year. As long as he can really run and as importantly pick up blitzes.

When I bought it, it was a toss up between it and a 70 cuda. Not the hemi though, I haven't won the lottery yet.

Bucs agreed to terms with RB Warrick Dunn on a two-year, $6 million contract, according to NFL Network's Adam Schefter.

$3 million per:confused:

Bucs can have him for that price.

I was hoping that we would sign a vet to go along with a Rookie RB but their all gone but Derrick Ward.

Derrick Ward is all that is left in FA:confused:

I would rather have a pair of rookies than freaking Ward, he sucks.:bang2:

I think they have played it smart. dunn was too much. a rookie RB can come in and play right away and do it well. So the draft will take care of RB.

That leaves us with some cap room to sign perhaps a WR. Or to sit on that money in case of injuries requiring unexpected signings.
