Eagles fire OC Kevin Patullo

I don’t think it’s gonna matter. The reports coming out that Jalen doesn’t want to do this or can’t do that. And Sirianni won’t call plays in fear of losing his scapegoats.
For all their problems they’re well ahead of Jerry’s clown show. While the national media is pointing out what a train wreck the Eagles are I wonder what Ravens fans, and Chiefs fans must be thinking. Chiefs were bad before Mahomes’ injury. Baltimore with Mr. Multiple MVP were not all that, either. This Patulo guy, 1st time OC, goes 11-6 and gets to the playoffs and gets fired. The Eagles are a comparatively serious franchise.

To win the NFCE it doesn’t matter who they hire. It didn’t this season. But to legitimately contend beyond that, it matters.

Jerry’s clown show or Ravens or Chiefs doesn’t matter when it comes to the Eagles. At the end of the day we are all sitting at home watching everyone else play. And while we all have our issues….it seems ridiculous to me that a team they just won a SB is imploding on he sidelines and reports coming in they dislike the quarterback. I don’t get it but it’s clear issues are going on in Philly.

Wasn’t his fault especially last game. AJ Brown and Hurts were terrible.
You can say that from 1 game but looking over the whole season it's like they forget how to play in the 2nd half a lot. Maybe it's just me but they seem to have something wrong with them all, too many bad performances from their offensive stars. If that was us we'd be pissed and demand change.

I don’t disagree. I think when it comes to things you can blame a OC on you can blame things like red zone offense. But it honestly seems Hurts is the problem which sounds crazy but I don’t think AJ Brown is upset for no reason. I think the stories about him are true. He’s a limited passer that guys are upset with.

Yes. The Dallas Cowboys should have such problems. I wonder what issues are not going to stop them from winning the division again next season? Their success despite their mess only makes the Commenders, Cowboys, and Giants look worse.

Don't think Sirianni is a great offensive mind. It seems to me that he can enhance a good coordinator with some of the offensive principles that he believes are important but doesn't have the ability to overcome a bad coordinator.

Philly has mainly gotten by on having superior talent, though, on offense that helps the Eagles cover the limitations of their QB. That's not meant as a knock because many QBs have limitations, but a well-built team can take advantage of what the QB does well and cover for what he doesn't do well. For many reasons, including the OC, the Eagles couldn't do that this year despite the roster.
I agree with all the above. I keep up with our rivals in the offseason and what you are saying has been discussed. The only thing I disagree with them on and you eluded to it is I don’t think their talent is as good as they think. Certainly good enough to win with but I think they’ve regressed.

People will bring up Hurts is a Sb mvp so he can’t be limited….oh boy can he be. Teams understand now he can’t or won’t throw in the middle of the field. That limits a OC.

...please hire Garrett.. ...so we can feast on his One back I-formation offense attack.

The goal isn’t to win the NFc East lol. Winning the NFC east means nothing trust me I saw us win it and Philly win it just to lose in the wild card round. What happens next year we don’t know. I do know Cowboys, Giants and Commanders will be improved. Because at the end of the day I don’t see Dallas having the worst defense in the league, Giants youth will get better, Commanders will get younger and Jayden should be healthy.

No one knows if any of the four NFC East teams will be improved. There is every chance all four will be improved. Some have more room for improvement than others.
