Eagles' McNabb convicted in handicapped-parking case

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb was convicted today of parking in a handicapped-access zone.

Municipal Judge Charles Sprigman ordered McNabb to pay a $256 fine and $33 in court fees.
