Eagles Players calling out Cowboys

People talk about bulletin board material and how little it affects a game etc. Well I believe this would affect the game. They are essentially challenging your manhood. Talking about us being soft and not liking to get hit. Either we come out and pop them in the mouth or we shy away like a timid kid. Sometimes its best to wait until the game and then to start doing a little talking of your own. Hopefully the O-Line among others will take this as some motivation

Benny Logan was talking smack before the Thanksgiving game and it didnt help us. They blew us out and their front seven really gave it to the OL.

Hopefully, it's a different result this time around. We didn't run the ball against that front seven all that well in Week 2 either.

Was a short week coming off a Sunday Night game away. The last two meetings we have dominated them.

Well Logan did talk some smack last year right before the T-giving game about how our OL wasn't very good and they backed it up punching us right in the mouth that game.

And then they promptly lost the next one, the division, and then the one after that.

Philly players are like their fans: blowhard morons too dim to know any better. They encourage that junk up there, and they end up reaping what they sow when it matters most. They're chokers.

Ok, guys. If you go to the game or a sports bar, be sure to take your Zoloft or Haldol at least 1 hour before, and just smile and say "God loves you" to any ***hole Sheagle fan. Do not call me for bail money.

I'll double up on my Lamictal, because I almost got into a fight at the game last year.

What I like about the Cowboys is they DON'T do a lot of trash talking to the media. So what if they pressing for a call on the field. It's on the field.

Giants, Eagles, Skins, ALWAYS got something to say before the game and most of it is stupid.

Logan is the same dude who said the Cowboys OL were overrated last year.. Uhm yeah, ok, whatever dude.

Some people will say anything to stay relevant. Shouldn't burn bridges you have to cross.

First talking crap and now Hardy and now this?

There's always a little trash talk before the Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles link up.
And for the second matchup of 2015 between the two teams, things are no different. After recording five combined tackles against the Cowboys in Week 2, Eagles defensive lineman Bennie Logan is pretty bugged by how the Cowboys play ball.
“They just whine and complain about everything,” Logan said on Philly's 94WIP. “Shut up and play ball. I’m gonna hit you hard every snap. Stop complaining about this and this. That just bugs me. You’re a man. It’s football. Shut up and get hit and take it like a man.”
Eagles rookie cornerback Eric Rowe had more of the same to say about the Cowboys. Turns out he's not a huge fan of tight end Jason Witten.
“From the last game, I saw at least on the offensive side, a lot of them cried a lot,” Rowe said. “They also want a lot of penalties. I saw Jason Witten, every time he was covered he looked for a flag and complained and pointed at the ref. Couple of the receivers were looking at the refs looking for PI [pass interference]. Cry babies? Well, yeah if you want to put it like that.”

And thennnnn?

We won. Because Romo carved them up. We don't have Romo now.

Do people not realize that in the last two games, we've averaged less than 3 yards per carry?

And now with Cassel........... if Sunday night, we can't muster a competent rushing attack, we are cooked.

That's a good point, but I have to believe our offensive line will be up for the challenge. Also in the first meeting we were doing that idiotic rotation with Collins instead of starting him full time. Now he is and the kid is big time. Powerful at the point of attack, mobile, good hands, can work in space, doesn't get pushed back.

Go back and see how much carving Romo had done last game before he went out. We beat them in their own house, anyway. With Brandon Weeden going 7-7 and a touch and Demarco Murray throwing a tantrum on the sidelines.

And that's the game they say *we* were crying about. Lol. We weren't the ones throwing fits because our backs were getting tackled in the backfield every play. And we're not the ones having screaming matches at each other when our WRs can't hold onto the few passes Bradford is able to hit them in the hands with.

The Eagles are a team full of underachieving cry babies who lack the sense to shut their own mouths and just concentrate on the games. Their fans are dimwitted nose-dripping goons who have no idea what it's like to win anything of actual importance in their entire history. They're closest claim to fame is a game where their QB threw up on the field because he couldn't handle the pressure, then lost. Screw every last one of them. Twice.

Here's to hoping we effectively end their dream season and humiliate Demarcus Murphy, again, this time in front of the Dallas crowd in the process.

Him versus Cox will be interesting, for sure.

I guess my point is that people are acting like this mouthing off is bulletin board material and works in our favor. But in fact, our OL has not been very good against their front seven, even when we won. Romo carved them up in December last year and this year, the defense completely manhandled their O.

The OL has to wake the *** up against the team IMO if they want a win Sunday night.

Like I said a couple days ago, we will beat the Iggles this weekend. Rivalry games are different. And we HATE this team. We've been barely losing close games to much better teams than them.

The Cowboys will be 2-0 against them come Monday morning.

Since the Eagles are notorious losers, may as well win the talking game.

We've won the games. It's ok if both units have good trench players. Teams aren't going to make a living running on those interior DLs. They're good. It's going to be perimeter stuff if we think we can get to the LBs, and the screens, slants, and downfield passes that are there all day against that porous secondary. They've got one legit DB, and the rest can be taken advantage of if the protection holds. More often than not, the protection has held and we've won the games. Then the PHI players go to the media and talk.

This is the first game in a month I've felt at all confident about going in. That and $5 will get you a cup of coffee, but, still.

It's nice to not look at the QB battle and just shake my head, for once.

Witten does look for the flag often. However, if we won only 1 game during Romo's time off, I want it to be this one. Sadly, I think the Eagles defense will force too many turnovers.

Yep, the NFL always refers to it as forcing turnovers, but it still requires the offense to give it to them.
